Everyone needs a time off for themselves but in the current world of smart phones we need a time off from that so now and then I use the time off to refresh my mind and just do stuff outside the digital realm but we need to take a break from other devices as well such as computors so a offline weekend is a great way too balance things off and clear your mind and just having a peaceful happy friday and saturday night.
